Timing from sale to work was good.. Timing as to the work day was not as stated. I was told crew would arrive 6:00-7:00 AM. Arrival was 8:20. Normally no problem but I left home at 5:20 AM to be at site before crew. Then waited nearly 2 hours. Cost is high Removal / replacement went well. Work seemed too much to ask for crew of 5 to complete in one day. Crew worked hard, workers were friendly. Gutter / downspout team was very efficient. Also personable. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They provided great information about the product. Prompt service installing the roof. Great attention to detail. The clean up was top notch. What I did not expect was the improvement in the insulating properties of the roof. Since we have gotten the new roof, our second floor is at least 10 degrees cooler than in the past. Wonderful improvement in a summer like this one!

The crew was respectful to the surrounding yards and to my family, they cleaned up all debris to my expectations. The work was supposed to include sheathing on our house because we did not think there was any on it but when they found out the house had sheathing they did not use the materials and took it off the cost of the job.
