The contractors were courteous and knew what they had to do to get the job done. The salesmans information and the products on the jobsite were exactly the same. What was put on the roof was not quite as the salesman said. The 6' of coverage with a specific cover was not as done, though the underlayment was completely covered with the waterproofing material. The roof looks good, and sheds water. My leaks are gone.

Quick installation. Only potential concern was installation of gutter guards. I was unaware that was a separate contractor at the start so I was a bit nervous at completion of the roof but they assured me it would be done and it is now done.

From start to finish erie was very pleasant to work with. From the sales staff to the laborers they were professional and respectful. As far as the installation, it was extremely quick and professionally installed and the clean up exceeded my expectations.

Fast! Amazing job done by the crew in some rather warm conditions. Double roofing didn't help. In a day and one half, they completed the whole job, leaving the place cleaner then they started!
