Entire team was knowledgeable and professional. Shown issues I needed corrected with photos and a week later the work was done. The actual job was done from start to cleanup in a day. Would recommend.
The contractors were courteous and knew what they had to do to get the job done. The salesmans information and the products on the jobsite were exactly the same. What was put on the roof was not quite as the salesman said. The 6' of coverage with a specific cover was not as done, though the underlayment was completely covered with the waterproofing material. The roof looks good, and sheds water. My leaks are gone.
I am very pleased with my new roof. The product looks great! The crew did an exceptional job. I love the solar fans. The warranty is great! I expect my new roof to last through my retirement.

Quick installation. Only potential concern was installation of gutter guards. I was unaware that was a separate contractor at the start so I was a bit nervous at completion of the roof but they assured me it would be done and it is now done.
From start to finish erie was very pleasant to work with. From the sales staff to the laborers they were professional and respectful. As far as the installation, it was extremely quick and professionally installed and the clean up exceeded my expectations.

Fast! Amazing job done by the crew in some rather warm conditions. Double roofing didn't help. In a day and one half, they completed the whole job, leaving the place cleaner then they started!
The crew that worked on our roof was on time, polite and worked hard on a very hot day. They completed the job well and were very thorough when cleaning up. Neighbors are already asking who did the work! Highly recommend.
