We never met them. We had an appointment for 6 pm. At 6:11 pm we received a call, it rang twice, and then stopped. I called back immediately. I got a VERY rude customer service person who could not hear me so I was literally SCREAMING in the phone. Then nothing. I called multiple times only to find out it was an answering service. At the same time I received a text message from someone tell me they are not able to meet with us as they were still at their previous appointment.
