We worked with Ryan and Jake, they were awesome. Made sure we understood everything. The men came to put on the new shingles and worked tirelessly for several hours for two days in a row to get us covered. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up any debris from removing the old shingles and putting on the new. They were all very polite, answered any questions we had.

All employees were courteous and responsive. There were a few minor issues which needed to be resolved such as inability to speak with installation crew since they were not English speaking; however, a call to project manager resulted in the arrival within about 20 minutes of a translator.

The last roof we will ever have to buy! Our new Erie roof is impressive and strong. We have been asked about it by neighbors and passers-by. They wonder about it because it looks better than a regular shingle roof. All of the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The salesman changed me from a skeptic to a happy customer because he presented the products, took photos of our aging roof, and worked with us for financing. Your team did an excellent job. The roof was a challenge from the start. The neighbors think that it is a definite improvement, and one neighbor told Kevin they were doing a great job before the roof was completed. I have already shown pictures and recommended Erie for roofing. I'm very satisfied with my roof.

We were highly impressed with the workers as well as the quality of their work. They were some of the hardest workers we have had on our property. They showed up early and started work immediately. The cleanup was excellent. We will defiantly recommend the Erie Company.
