Your team did an excellent job. The roof was a challenge from the start. The neighbors think that it is a definite improvement, and one neighbor told Kevin they were doing a great job before the roof was completed. Job well done. Team arrived early and worked hard till finished. All mess cleaned and removed at end of job. Completed in one day. All workers friendly, answered all questions and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I would recommend them for any roof work needed!

The roof is fine. It's the funding source that stinks. They slapped a lien on the house before the first payment was even due. I've never had a lien in my life and I always pay my bills. They refuse to remove it. I'm very sorry I did this with Eerie.

After looking for a metal roof for years and multiple bids I chose Erie. The product and installation process being the main reason. In a day or so I was contacted by a construction manager and he came out to explain the process and examine our roofing requirements. He (Aaron), answered my questions and explained everything that was going to happen. After changing our minds on color he said it would be a few weeks to get the product and be ready to install. We never met them. We had an appointment for 6 pm. At 6:11 pm we received a call, it rang twice, and then stopped. I called back immediately. I got a VERY rude customer service person who could not hear me so I was literally SCREAMING in the phone. Then nothing. I called multiple times only to find out it was an answering service. At the same time I received a text message from someone tell me they are not able to meet with us as they were still at their previous appointment.
