Erie construction was great, they did an inspection of the attic and showed us the wear that was beginning to show, the roof had not been replaced in over 20 yrs. The marketing team was awesome they explained all of our options showed samples of the roof materials and answered all of our questions. They scheduled our install quickly. The install team was very professional and in was done in one day quicker than we expected it was cleaned up. They were a highly motivated and professional crew, seems each person had a special skill. They started early and put in a long day. They didn't have enough tarps and some had a lot of holes. We didn't want possibility of any nails or screws on 1 side of the house so I purchased a few more to help them out. My wife and I cleaned up throughout the day to help the crew because they were super busy. We even fed them lunch in one of their very few breaks. My roof was installed about 3 weeks ago, the neighbors were amazed by the speed and workmanship, one neighbor said " no nails or staples' it's all screwed down." I'm impressed by the sound deadening, you can't tell its raining unless you look out the window!
