We first had Erie re-roof a rental property, and the experience was very pleasant, but I dont know anything about roofs. But later, the chimney sweep climbed down and said, Thats a beautiful roofing job - top-notch materials, expert installation. So we just had them do our house.

The crew were there promptly & ready to work @ 7:30AM. Had *** appointment before I left @ 7:40 one man was already on roof removing ridge vent while others were setting up equipment. Returned home 2-2 1/2 hrs later roofing was removed & all under lying roof material being installed. By 4:30 that day roof completed. After clean up it was like they were never there. Erie performed basement waterproofing and **** and the team was great. They started on time and finished early. It looks great and dry! I'm looking forward to actually be able to use the space and not worrying about water seeping or bugs.

Our basement leaked and caused water to pool on our basement floor before Erie fixed it. Now our walls are sealed, wehave an interior French drain, and we got a brand new sump pump. The work was quick and the crew was nice and helpful. Thank you for helping us!
