From the start they were friendly & kind. They explained the process and helped me to pick the best affordable options for my home. I wanted a metal roof they explained it would not be the best option. Which saved me money now and in the future.The crew did an excellent job, where on time. From the individual who canvassed the neighborhood and scheduled me for an inspection; to the inspector (******); to the project manager (*******); and on to the workers themselves, I was extremely pleased with their friendliness, professionalism, consideration, thoroughness, and excellent work. Upon completion, I received a follow-up call from ******* who advised that after reviewing photos of the completed work he discovered one area that needed caulking and he came out that same day to correct it. Our roof was badly overdue for replacement, and we were dreading the process. But Erie made the whole process fast and easy, and now I'm wishing we had just done the job sooner. *** and ****** were easy to work with, and responsive to any concerns. The installation crew was the hardest working bunch of guys I've ever seen. They worked safely and cleaned up the area nicely afterwards.

Every stage of my business dealings with Erie Homes was pleasant from my initial introduction to the after job cleanup was wonderful. Each employee I spoke with regardless of what stage of the process was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer every question I had until I was satisfied. Because I live a hurricane prone area. I chose to have my roof replaced with a metal roof is warranted to with stand hurricane conditions far better than standard shingles and they also replaced water damaged areas from previous leaks.... read more
