Also make sure your other quotes are for Fiberglass architectural shingles with nylon or equivalent nail strip, synthetic underlayment and with an extended warranty of at least 15 years that covers labor and parts. By default, most companies will default to standard shingles with tar paper underlayment with limited short-term warranty. My roof looks fantastic. I had some concerns about some areas that needed to be corrected, and they made sure that all work was redone to satisfaction. Everyone was professional. Please make sure that you understand the contract fully along with negotiating the cost.
