Was contacted on when the supplies would be delivered, the dumpster, and when the crew was scheduled to arrive. Showed up on the date and time and got to work. Within 5 hours, the old roof was removed and the new one put on. My yard looked like no one was ever there. Very impressed with their work.

The materials for the roof were delivered one afternoon for work to begin the next morning. The workers arrived before 7 am and had completed the job before sundown. Everyone was friendly and I never heard a complaint of any kind. The clean up after was almost perfect. (I found 2 roofing tacks in my flower beds!) My neighbors were most impressed with the politeness and respectfulness the workers displayed. Oh yes, BTW, I'm quite pleased with how nice it looks!

This company was OUTSTANDING from the start all the way to finishing my roof in one day!! They explained EVERYTHING to ******* father, because, I depend on my parents assistance. The workers were extremely nice & cleaned up everything before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

Erie's team is incredible- they worked with us to figure out what our monthly payment would be, what our budget looked like, and how we could make a badly needed roof work within it. We were very impressed with the materials- both the ones shown in the sales pitch and what was delivered to our door. The team that arrived was great also; they were quick, kept the space free of debris, and were finished with our roof in a day. All in all a fantastic experience!

The local Sales team did a terrific job with describing the products and their characteristics. The Ops team also did a great job on keeping me informed on start date and time. The roofers were very professional. The outcome was as I expected a much better new roof, which should last longer than I will :-)Strongly recommend this team for those who want a more durable, and therefore worry-free, roof.
