Polite, proactive, patient, professional and a pleasure to work with - ******* told us what to expect, **** took his time giving me all the information I needed to understand process and researched possible solutions to old house problems. **** and the crew were friendly, careful, respectful of the fact that I work from home and great with checking in. The only way the experience could have been better is if it had been free! :)

The crew showed up on Saturday morning and went to work immediately. There were at least six or eight people working at all times. They worked continuously throughout the day and had completed the entire roof and the clean up in 12 hours. Except for the new roof there was no evidence that anyone had been here. Excellent job!

The basement project was completed quickly and had great results this spring. Teams for installation of the waterproofing system were very efficient. I would have appreciated a better cleanup after the project. Overall awesome work.

The sales team was excellent. They had a detailed presentation and gave ample opportunity to ask question. I do not have the best credit and they were instrumental in finding me financing when others couldn't. The installation was not quite as smooth as I expected, but it is excellent quality. I was told it would probably take 1 day, maybe 2. It did take 2 full days and it was a huge mess around my house overnight. However they did clean up well when it was finished.
