First off of the six companies I set up appointments with Erie Homes and ********************* were the only ones who made me feel confident that they would value my property in my almost 100 year old home. **** was courteous and explained in detail the procedure. I was sold and signed the contract that day. Now to the installation. It went off without a hitch. I am very pleased with the tile and the work. And plus they sent a crew to finish in one day . They moved as fast as they could. There was one set back that was no fault of their own but they made sure to fix the issue immediately. They were all very respectful. Great guys to talk to, when on their lunch breaks of course.My basement is tolerable to go down in now. My basement was like a dungeon and now I walk down there like it's any other part of my house.We have rain coming up this week so I will definitely be able to tell more how it holds up
