The company was easy to work with. The job was done in one day and the crew cleaned up our property well. We had one small issue that needs to be addressed. We was told that at any time we had an issue to call and let them know and they will come out and fix it. We have let them know several times about the issue, but no one has come out yet. It seems as if our issue isn't important to them. They keep bugging us for a review, but haven't come out to fix the issue.
Experience was very good. Everything was explained thoroughly. My questions were answered and I was not rushed to make a decision. Everyone from the first ****** I spoke with to the ****** that came out were very nice and helpful.

The roof replacement went as explained. Install staff was professional, covered all plants,flowers,bushes and deck around the house. Install took 2 days including clean up, loose nails, old shingles. Very professional and detail oriented during the process. ***** *.

Erie Home team provided any information requested, a quality metal roof product and a hard working installation crew. We went around the house many times to clean up pieces of the removal, that we feel good that they did their best. The finished job looks great. The entire staff was great - from the sales *** to the install team and support services. They helped me find someone who could reinstall my solar system when my original installer backed out after signing a contract. ****** and the rest of the install team was superb and went the extra mile communicating how things were going and any concerns they had throughout the process. We had a great experience with Erie Home. We had to get our roof replaced in a short amount of time. We messaged them on a Saturday and they came out Monday to quote us a price. They went through a thorough explanation of the company and the process. They came out and replaced our roof and record time. We cannot thank them enough. They were so professional, and they were very thorough with the whole process and even the clean up. We couldnt be happier thanks Erie Home.
