Started with the free quote online around 10:00 one evening and had a call back when minutes. Set the time up for the inspection in couple of days when it was on my schedule and it went perfectly. No hard sales pitch, just looked at what needed done and didn't try to over sale things that didn't need done. Work was done when they said it would get done and the work crew had everything done in one day. Roof looks great and the crew cleaned up good. Quality materials and workmanship. Would recommend giving this company a call.

Not the experience we expected, however it wasn't totally within the control of the company. We will be recommending the company to others but only to those we know are ready very soon (30 days or less) to get a new roof. The first 2 crew members were very nice, the rest of the crew showed up later to help finish up things. We had very little interaction with them. The whole process with Erie was simple and easy. All the people involved helped to make my new roof installation go smoothly. Was it pricy? Yes it was but the finished product is beautiful and well put together. The workers cleaned p the work area at the end of each day and when the roof was completed, **** came out and did a complete walk around with me. I even had Erie install a new gutter system to go with the new roof. I would highly recommend Erie for new projects.
