Erie Home did a great job on my roof. They came out on the date that was stated! 2days before the roofers arrived; someone dropped off the materials; next day the dumper was dropped off. All the roofers had to do was get organize and start working. They were very polite, friendly, and neat. The Contractors practice safety first! I think they did a wonderful job. Everyone were pleasant from the office to the contractors. The job was done the same day.
Sales was aggressive yet professional. Work was completed timely and also professionally. Crew was efficient and cleaned up area very well.

They arrived early on a chilly morning and went right to work. From start to finish, they did exactly what was expected. Great representative and crew and even calling into the office, you can actually talk to somebody on the phone. Highly recommend!

Erie Home did a very good job in arranging replacement of our shingles. They even did an inspection and recommended some areas of replacement on spots that were damaged due to water intrusion. They were accommodating as the original shingle colors were not to our liking proceeded to show us some other options. The installation manager also made an additional trip to bring a samples of the flashing so that we could choose something that color coordinating versus just going with a couple samples that will provided by the sales... read more
