Erie construction was prompt and professional. They kept me informed on every aspect of the process for my new roof. They were very good with communication and they finished when they said they would finish. As you know, roofing is a messy undertaking. ********** cleaned up so well that you never would know there was a old roof on the ground at one time.. I highly recommend them. Communication for me Is the key in any successful business and they exceeded my expectations on communication and expertise of installation.

The only thing that kept us from giving Erie Construction five stars was the installation crew. They were on time and did an excellent job installing our fiberglass roof, but none of them spoke English. The supervisor was mostly absent, so if we had a question or a problem, we wouldn't have been able to communicate with any of them. I am wondering if these workers are here legally, a reasonable thing to wonder about, given the present crisis at our border.

We recently had a new roof installed by Erie, and the experience was very positive overall. Although the sales pitch and decision-making process were quite lengthy, taking up about four hours on a Sunday afternoon, the actual installation was swift and efficient. Work began promptly on Tuesday and was completed by Wednesday. We opted for fiberglass shingles, which not only look fantastic but are also expected to last for the next 30 years. I was surprised with the thorough way things were handled. Starting with the salesman coming to my home. He walked on top of the roof and checked for problems. He went into the attic and checked the roof from the inside. I have had 3 roofs put on over the years and no one has ever done that. I was impressed. The crew were prompt and finished the roof and clean up in one day. The roof was inspected by the head man two days later to make sure the work was done properly. We appreciated his demeanor (professional and absence of hard sell tactics.) This is the company to use for a fiberglass or metal roof. The prices are fair. The financing is easy.
