The representative **** *****, that came to my house for the initial consultation, was awesome. He took his time, inspected the roof and the attic. He noted several repairs that needed to be done. They would all be included in the overall cost. He knew what he was doing. He hit on every repair I've had done over the years. The warranty is 30 years on shingles and 50 years on the metal roof.
