Erie Home was surprisingly swift with superior installation of new roof on my 100-year-old home. **** worked efficiently, knowledgeably, and, given the heights, courageously. The entire job was completed in one day. It was as satisfying to see all the old materials layers of old asphalt shingles, tarpaper, metal - removed to bare wood as it was to see the water and ice shield, sturdy new shingles, venting and new lead installed around the chimney. Excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained & reviewed with me. A team lead was at the job site the whole time. Supervisors would stop me to check the progress & make sure everything done correctly. When finished manager got up on roof to check everything over. Crew was polite & cleaned up the yard Would highly recommend this company
Roof looks great. I really wanted metal roof but price wasnt reachable. However this deluxe fiberglass roof is spectacular. Have sent information to my insurance company and hope to get discounts because is warrenty. I like that Erie Homes will be there if I need. ** *****************
