Sales men were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the product(s) throughly and provided samples to look at. They answered any questions we had and gave us a timeline for the install. The install actually was sooner than expected, which was great. The installation crew were friendly, efficient and did a great job, I had some sheeting that was damaged and they also repaired that perfectly. They answered any new questions I had. They did a great job cleaning up and made sure I was pleased with the job.
**** was great at explaining their products and services, allowing us to make an informed decision. Do not shy away due to the price! The quality of materials, energy savings, and longevity, will be worth it. The major selling point for us was the durable underlayment that will also maximize energy cost savings.
