The crew arrived on jobsite timely, worked continuously--except for routine scheduled breaks, and removed trash and debris at the conclusion of the shift. Additionally, the job site cleaned each day and at the completion of the job. Personnel of Erie assisted in securing the required permits and any necessary waivers for the historic district. The crew was professional in the performance of the job. I am very pleased with the finished product.

Very professional from the sale staff to the installation manager. The installation was completed on schedule and the work was excellent . Very impressed with the quality of workmanship

Crew on time and very hard workers. Lead man answered all questions we had. They finished roof in one day. Clean up was excellent. No nails to befound. No damage to flower beds. Not sure about gutter guards. One worker slipped and it got bent. ****** said not a problem they would fix. They did but not completely straight. Rain spouting little bent down. Can also see plastic at ridge vent sticking out at end. We are expecting heavy rain and wind tonight and tomorrow. We will be able to see if any issues. Roof looks very nice.... read more

The installers were great. They answered questions and we would use them again. The sales guy was on time and also answered all questions. They cleaned up afterwards too. A great bunch

I looked at a couple different places like Basement Doctor and ***********************. Erie Home was way more reasonable on price than either of those. Im very satisfied with the work that was done and the materials used. The installation was quick yet thorough. I would recommend Erie Home to anyone looking. I am so happy I took a chance on Erie. I originally only wanted to get an idea of a budget. But turns out my roof was in a lot worse shape than I imagined. I appreciated the pictures to prove it. The ********** were friendly and helpful and sold me the best product for my needs. After I signed the contract I expected a 6-8 week wait but the crew showed up the following week and completed the job in one day. Great communication between the office, the crew, and me.
