Let me start off by saying that my 4 star rating vs a 5 star rating is based on personal expectations/frustrations versus reality. As this is the first roof I have ever had installed, my expectations may have been out of whack. **** ****is an excellent company. Their sales presentation and quality of their products are top notch. When deciding to replace a roof, I firmly believe in the adage that you get what you pay for. Great work getting the roof done in a single day. The only disappointment was a small hole in my siding due to a puncture from a ladder or equipment and no final walk through. Once you sign, that seems to be it as there is no follow up except to get a review and a number to call. At least the leak in my roof is now a thing of the past but it was costly, though the materials are great.

We had a great experience with Erie Home from contact to completion. After I reached out, I was promptly contacted, and we set up an appointment. The salesmen who visted , ***** and *****, were polite, professional, and knowledgable. The were not pushy. They explained everything well and showed us samples. The installers did a fantastic job. The were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up everything well. I recommend Erie Home highly!
