I was impressed by ****'s installation crew. They started at 7:00 am and left after 8:00 pm, and had to come back the next day to finish. I like the products they installed, which are a higher grade than many roofers use. You really have to negotiate with their salesman, but in the end you get what you pay for. There was some confusion over the warranty, but that got worked out. Since the shingles have a class 3 impact rating, I will save a little on my home insurance. The crew did a good job cleaning up. I was very pleased with the installation of my new roof by ****, After the initial contact with their representative, there was hardly any delay before the work commenced. The workmen did all of the installation in about 8 hours. They left, after a thorough cleanup, and I am very pleased with the final product. My interactions with the reps and the team leader were outstanding.

Ar first I would have said 5 stars, after having the work done, I can say the work crew was amazing! They did awesome work that ae could see! I guess we do not know until it rains buckets and there are no leaks. I appreciated the young man who came to the house to explain the program. I was so impressed with his knowledge of his company and the product. I should have stood my ground! He was a polite pushy salesman. Prompt, professional and courteous. The roofing project was completed in one day. The area was left clear of debris . My family had to be away the day of roofing, but the job was handled in a professional manner. The yard was left without nails or tear off debris. The work crew was quick and professional and did not need a "baby sitter" as they worked. So glad we called **** Roofing for a bid.
