Great job! Three men put up the metal shingles and the roof looks great. Completed the job in one day. They removed the USA flag from our home and respectfully rolled it up and placed in on our front porch. When they were done with the job the workers cleaned up all the mess. Then put our flag back on our house just as it was. We are a veteran family and we appreciated the respect that was given to our flag and home. We would highly recommend this company to any one. Erie Window representative, Steve and his associate knew their product and showed me the benefit of replacing my windows. The finance process was easy! The windows fit “like they were made " for my house.(they were custom made for me) The windows were installed quickly. They kept everything clean AND THEY LET ME WATCH and ask questions throughout the whole process!!!

First local sales guys were very nice and explained well, the 2nd group of sales guys from out of state really pushed the sale, even after I wanted to look into my finances. but they tried to work with me. Didn't realize the financial I was given would cost me OVER double of the initial price of the roof in the long run. I wish i wouldve been able to check around on financial, so i regret being pushed so much to move forward with the sale. Excellent quality of work! I also appreciated the thorough information that was relayed about the company's products. They did great. Full double tear off, replacement of plywood where needed and new shingles in a day. Cleaned everything up too

The crew was late the day of the roof install and missing parts to finish the job. However, they were able to get the parts overnighted and the job completed quickly soon after.
