**** replaced the roof on my pre-fab ranch style home, steel for asphalt, with a full tear-off.. The tear-off and installation was done quickly (one day) and very professionally, and the installation included replacing the entire plywood deck, the cost of which they absorbed, although this wasn't included in the estimate. I have owned my home for over 30 years and have had to get the roof replaced about every ten years. The last roof was a 25 year single and it only really lasted 11 years. The local office did NOT return phone calls. Had no idea when or if I would get a new roof.There was no advance notice on when the installers would show up, they just showed up one day.Took them 4 days to do the house and garage. They did a good job and cleaned up well when they were done.
The process to have our roof installed was great. The dumpster arrived the day before installation. The crew was there in the timeframe given to me. They completed the roof in one day and the dumpster was removed the following day. I received a quote within less than 24 hours of calling ****. The entire process was completed in less than 3 weeks from start to finish. They picked up all of the nails and any garbage before they left on installation day.
Erie Roof showed up on time and completed my whole roof in one day, including cleanup. My house is now safe from any bad weather and leaks.
