Every person I came in contact with from the initial phone call through completion of the project was very professional and knowledgeable. ************ took the time to answer all of my questions as well as provided knowledgeable information regarding the company and their standards. The entire team from ErieHolme was professional and knowledgeable. They showed us the features of their product options. The installation team worked hard while taking care of our property. The roof was installed with care and looks great. Our questions were answered and concerns considered. The work was completed on schedule as promised.
The Erie salespeople were very professional when explaining all the project options and features from the beginning through completion. Erie work with us to finance our new roof and were able to push our install date up to complete it before the fall and winter weather. The installation team arrived on time, also very professional, and completed the roof in a day. Basically got the job done in one day. Cleaned up as they went along. Used strong magnets to pick up nails. Did an extra good job looking for nails around the driveway. I was able to ask questions as they went along that were always answered. Recommended!

I got the fiberglass shingle roof with gutter guards. We had to have a whole new redecking done to my roof. They came out and gave us a quote for free. Both gentlemen that came out were very nice and straightforward. The crew that replaced ******* did a fantastic job and had it done in 1 day when it was supposed to be a 2 day job. They're clean up was spectacular. No mess left behind. Very pleased with my new roof, it looks so much better!!
