They arrived on the day of completing the repairs, roof, and clean-up all that day. The team also notified me of my chimney issues, unknown to me, allowing me to follow up with a chimney expert.

Erie has phenomenal workers...great work ethics! They arrived at 7 a.m. after a 2 hr drive to get here and worked nonstop. ******************** arrived beforehand so as soon as they got here, they just got to work. After the job was finished we got two days of heavy rain. I discovered a drip inside out chimney housing. Erie sent someone right out and we determined the problem to be the bird screen on top of the chimney duct. Very professional and I am thoroughly satisfied
