I was impressed with the knowledge and experience of the man that came out for the review and estimate, he took pics to show what was still good or what needed improvement. He explained the product and materials and the quality was impressive. The work was quick and looks good. There has been a bit of grit on the deck which surprised me but we are quite happy with the new roof and gutter covers. I love how the roff looks. I pay for metal roff and looks beautiful! It’s expensive but hopping lest for more than 50 years . The guys were about to do the work early morning until late night, to get the job done!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my beautiful new roof. Although a bit spendy, the new *** *******shingles show promising durability. I'm a little disappointed with the Warranty transferability clause that limits its protection to new owners for the first 10 years instead of the full 30 years. The installation was quick and thorough. A good thing with the amount of noise involved.
