We had a great experience with ******, from presentation to completion with ********, site manager. We chose **** because of the warranty and quality. The roofing job was completed when we were told it would be completed. Not quite the color that was on the sample or online but looks good. The crew was respectful and courteous. The cleanup was good. We found a few nails but that is to be expected. Neighbors have already asked about the roof and the company. Erie Home came to our home for an estimate to replace our roof. Everyone we had contact with was professional and could answer any questions we had. The turn around time was great. The job was completed within a week of all the required paperwork being completed. The team installing the roof worked quickly and efficiently and left our property clean and as it was before. We were kept updated and informed each step of the way. We are thsnkful to Erie Home for their quality product and exceptional service.

Erie Home did an amazing job on our roof. The sales team, ***** and *****, did an amazing inspection and explained the whole process. *********************, the area manager was in constant contact; and ************************* and his outstanding, hard-working crew did a fabulous job. When they were done, we would have never known they were here. We gave them each a tip when they left. We have more roofs to do in future and will be calling Erie Home and asking for the same crew!! We live in NEPA.

Roof was complete in 2 weeks. Actual removal and installation took about 8 hours to complete. Very fast and solid work. There was a mixup with the dumpster, not getting to the site on time so if pile was trash, was left in the yard under a tarp, we had a violent windstorm come along that night, which blew the tarp, old metal roofing materials and tarp all over my property, it was quite the mess. They did an impressive job, showed up on time, tore off the old roof, installed the new one and cleaned up the whole area. Looks good and more than met my expectations. Very happy with the end result.******** ***** ** ****
