Erie Home workers showed up on time and worked steadily throughout a cold day. The roof looks great and I could tell they did a good job. Cleanup could have been better (lots of nails and shingle scraps dropped and not picked up, although some were in snow), and wrappers from shingles left on the ground. Overall, I am very pleased with their work.

We had the initial sales pitch for a new roof which my wife thought was high pressure and I thought was tactical pressure by them telling us that the lowest price was only for right now. If they left, they couldnt guarantee the lowest price that they wrote down. We didnt buy that night. We secured financing and then called them back. It took 3 separate tries to finally get them to keep their appointment. My roof was replaced by **** Roofing and was a smooth and painless experience. I'm very happy I used ****, they explained everything and did what they said they would do. I was beyond thrilled with the new roof **** installed. I was so impressed by the work crew. Everyone of them worked their tails off. The Project Manager ******, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, answered all my questions, courteous, was doing cleanup while the guys were working. Again the entire team was excellent. Even my neighbors commented on how hard everyone worked. In and out in 7 hours and ******* looks fantastic! Want to give a shout out to my sales manager ***** who came out the morning I called.
