The crew was very efficient and completed the re-roofing in one day, which included re-decking the entire roof. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards. My only criticism is that I think they gambled a bit with the weather. There was about a 30% chance of rain the day of the job, and it would have been a real mess if it had started to rain while the old decking was torn off. Fortunately the rain didn’t materialize. No complaints so far with the quality of the installation.

The job that the workers did on our roof was wonderful. As promised, they removed all of the rot that they found under the original roof. It was more than we expected, but they replaced it all. They arrived at 7:00 and worked until after 9:00. They returned early the next morning to complete the job. The cleanup was perfect. We haven’t even found any leftover nail debris. We were contacted to the site manager and his boss throughout the day. The roof looks so great and we certainly feel that it will last a long time.
