Roof looks ok. The sales guys said they manufacture their own shingles and are installed by their own crew who have 40 years experience. Not true either one. Shingles can be bought anywhere. Crew was sub. Hard pressure sale, had to sign contract that day. Were supposed to install leaffilter as part of job. They wanted to install guards which were cheap version and less quality than what we have now. So we told them no to those. Waiting to hear back from sales guy
I was impressed that they could get my roof done in one day. It was a great experience.
2 weeks ago I had a new roof put on my house by Erie. They arrived early in the morning and did not leave until it was completed in the evening. They were very friendly and worked hard to get it done. They had to make some repairs on my roof before they could put down the new roof and they did a great job. Very proud of my new roof. And they worked with me where I could get it financially their company without having to go around to the banks to get along I was able to negotiate with them and sign a contract from my kitchen ... read more
Happy with work done and quality of product (although it is too soon to know for sure). Probably paid too much, but the warranty should make that even out in the long run.
