****, the sales representative, came out to give us an estimate on a new roof on a Wednesday (5/10/2023), and he was very friendly and professional. Our roof was in poor condition and had not been replacedin about 40 years. **** discovered 400 square feet of damage to the roof sheathing that would have to be replaced. This increased our estimate significantly, but it had to be done. Simply covering damaged sheathing with shingles would be likeputting lipstick on a pig. Erie came out to my home, I've had plenty of sales individuals that said they would come out, but don't. Well!! NOT only did our Sales Rep, **** *. Come out but did a full inspection on our roof and then spent the next 4 hours explaining every detail and answering all of our questions. From there we were contacted by Install Manager, **** *. He set date and explained the next process. The material was delivered on the 17th of May and the roofing crew was at my house at dawn on the 18th (as promised) the crew worked until daw... read more

Overall a very good experience A to Z ..... Timely one day and done... very professional, quality material and workmanship too. Roof looks very sharp. Only complaint... No one on crew spoke english...!
