Erie Homes just put a new roof on our home. We got a 30 year warranty, which they will add one year to, for whoever purchases our home in the future. I have turned down my thermostat to 70° I can’t believe that it doesn’t run all day! In fact, it comes on very seldom, I know because the return air is located pretty close to our den. We are thrilled with the professionalism, work and clean up they did. They were working in over 100 degrees and they did a marvelous job. Erie Home did a great job replacing the rotten wood in my roof and putting shingles on my home. Their crew was very professional and worked non stop over two days that were in the 90's. They cleaned up when they were done and you would never have known they were there expect for the beautiful new roof on my home. I highly recommend them.
