Quite happy with my new roof; it looks beautiful! The crew arrived on time, were thorough with covering my decks and landscaping to keep the old roof from destroying my house and yard. Replaced my roof in one day, and I appreciate that the clean-up was like they were never there. The job supervisor was good about keeping me updated on progress throughout the day, and asking my opinion on if processes they needed to do were okay with me first. From the start, the inspection and sales/product pitch was a no pressure tactic with great product knowledge and samples to inspect. The inspection of existing roof was professional and thorough, actually inspecting the interior area of the attic space for better visuals of the roof functions, Installation procedure was backed up with short video/photos of the entire process. Great product, great sales, great service. The installation was quick and the crew was efficient.
