Process was thorough and timely. I have confidence in material and the installation of my new roof. All concerns and questions were addressed quickly by the Installation Manager. In hind sight, I feel I paid too much for the job, but that's on me. Home ownership is new to me so I consider it a lesson learned. I would contact Erie for future projects.

Erie had a 4 man work team that worked on my roof and they seemed to have done a very good job. They did some preliminary work on the old roof and took off some old venting systems that didn’t work any more. They then installed a radiant barrier synthetic underlayment and then installed the fiberglass dimensional shingles. They also installed drip edge , flashing, and they vented the roof properly. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The people arrived on time for the appointments. After agreeing to the install I was kept in the loop every step of the process. The installers were prompt to arrive. There were probably 10 people on the day of install. The supervisor was there watching the job the whole time. It was a great experience.

We were very pleased with the entire project. Amazed that they were able to remove the old roof and apply the compete roof system in one day, as this was not your standard roof. The project supervisor came back the next day to make sure we were pleased with the completed project in the daytime and brought crew in case something needed to be resolved. We got our roof done in September, and 6 months later, no issues. Erie Home was prompt and professional and got my roof done way quicker than any other contractor would have. My only advice is to make sure that everything you talk about with your sales rep gets written down in the contract and have the rep go over every item with you, showing you where on your roof the item is addressing. The sales and management team were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They did an amazing job at showing us our options and giving us all of the information so we could make a decision that worked best for us. The overall downside was the installation crew. There was no greeting the day they showed up, which isn't awful, but it would have been more professional. There was some damage that was done to a holiday inflatable decoration. Was very pleased with the service I got, and was amazed with how fast the process went, from initial talks to the roof being completed was only about 2 weeks. The actual install only to 2 days from start to finish, they had the old roof off on day 1 and had started putting the new roof on that same night, and had it finished and cleaned up by evening the next day.
