**** ******* and ***** ******** gave a sales presentation that was informative and thorough, The day of installation the crew arrive promptly and went to work right away. Kyle Applebee, Instal Manager, took time to explain the warranty. Our sattile provider was unreachable for days and he is going the extra mile trying to reach out to them.

Erie has the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. Communication was amazing, hard workers, great clean up and my roof looks great. I feel like I won’t be worrying about my new roof for many years to come.

Erie Home did a great job for us, and our roof looks beautiful! The workers were very professional, and they were able to get the job done very quickly for us. Their sales staff was also very professional, and they did not pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable.

The ONLY reason this isn't a five star review is miscommunication over a couple of issues. The warranty will likely last the rest of my life (and is transferrable), the price was more than reasonable and financing easy. The product itself? I'm not a roofer nor an insulation expert but the night the roof/insulation were done, the upper floor of my bungalow was MARKEDLY warmer (which you know is a challenge if you've ever been in an 80 yr old MI bungalow in winter).
