I live my new high impact shingle roof for Erie. I had hoped to put a metal roof on my home, but the price was far more than I expected or could pay. Instead I went with the high impact shingle roof which was still costly. Still it's a great investment in my property and I'm glad to have gone with Erie. The work crew was wonderful! From our initial contact by Erie Home representatives to the final clean-up of our property by their installation crew, every aspect of our new roof was efficient, professional and clearly explained! Erie’s sales personnel painstakingly walked us through in detail why their product line was superior to others’. Process was thorough and timely. I have confidence in material and the installation of my new roof. All concerns and questions were addressed quickly by the Installation Manager. In hind sight, I feel I paid too much for the job, but that's on me. Home ownership is new to me so I consider it a lesson learned. I would contact Erie for future projects.

Erie had a 4 man work team that worked on my roof and they seemed to have done a very good job. They did some preliminary work on the old roof and took off some old venting systems that didn’t work any more. They then installed a radiant barrier synthetic underlayment and then installed the fiberglass dimensional shingles. They also installed drip edge , flashing, and they vented the roof properly. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The people arrived on time for the appointments. After agreeing to the install I was kept in the loop every step of the process. The installers were prompt to arrive. There were probably 10 people on the day of install. The supervisor was there watching the job the whole time. It was a great experience.

We were very pleased with the entire project. Amazed that they were able to remove the old roof and apply the compete roof system in one day, as this was not your standard roof. The project supervisor came back the next day to make sure we were pleased with the completed project in the daytime and brought crew in case something needed to be resolved.
