The sales team did a great job presenting our options and pointing out issues with the old roof! We had a great experience. The roofers were at the house promptly at 7:30 am and were finished with the entire roof and clean up at 3:30 pm, this includes making some necessary adjustments to the skylights. Very pleased with the project!

**** ******* and ***** ******** gave a sales presentation that was informative and thorough, The day of installation the crew arrive promptly and went to work right away. Kyle Applebee, Instal Manager, took time to explain the warranty. Our sattile provider was unreachable for days and he is going the extra mile trying to reach out to them.

Alex started me out with paperwork to begin process. I knew nothing about roofs. He was awesome, very personable, professional, and answered all my questions and put me at ease right away. The crew was right on time got right to work. I came out a few times during roofing with questions and whole crew was very polite very professional answered all questions. They were fast and finished in a day. It was windy and cold too. Cleanup after was awesome. Victor walked me through final inspection. He showed me bad spots before that... read more

I was very impressed with the salesmen as I felt very well educated with their superior materials. The installation was flawless. The office staff was always available to assist with financing questions. Just be aware when the finance company offers a delay in payment you are still accruing interest. I asked to start payments on time and they were every helpful.

Erie has the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. Communication was amazing, hard workers, great clean up and my roof looks great. I feel like I won’t be worrying about my new roof for many years to come.
