My roof looks great. They clean after the project was done. Everthing was explained well and done properly.
Looks great. Took them Longer than expected., but still looks great.
The process was done efficiently and quickly. They cleaned everything up very well.
Generally, I am very pleased with product, roof installation, and clean up. Sales associate was was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Roof installers were professional and focused on completing the work. Old roof removal, and new roof installation was completed in one day.
The job was well done. The installer worked great to get job done. The speed of getting it done was great less than a week for an install date. But one thing that is a little annoying is the numerous calls and texting about posting how good the job was done. I know word of mouth goes a long way with companies but to hassle the customer isn’t the right way to go about it. I did a review on my job and it was a great review but now I have to do more.
We had a extremely great experience with this company. From start to finish. From the sales man to the roofers. They got there when they said they would they got the roof done at a very timely manner and when they cleaned up afterwards and left there wasn't any sign that they had been there except a very nice looking roof. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a great company. Thanks Erie roofing for an Awesome job.
From the saleman, support staff, the installersand the clean up crew all were professional and courteous. The job went smoothly and on time. I felt well taken care of getting the service I requested. Well worth the cost.

Excellent customer service from sales, and keeping us informed on installation dates, the interaction with the roofing crew lead, Carlos, was great. The work was done without delay. Concerns were addressed promptly. Gutter installation was of same high quality. It was a 5 star experience all around.
