I think Erie is a very professional company. From the start the sales person looked at everything compared to what the other people that came over were looking at. Was the only one that went up in my attic. Also was the only one that informed me that my house was not properly ventilated. I had no idea my roof was leaking and I was informed of that as well. I decided to get the job done with these people. The final results were amazing.

Working with Erie Home was a great experience. The salespeople listened and answered all of my questions and objections. After I agreed to purchase, another Erie Home employee stop by to take specific measurements of all the windows. The installers explained how they would do the installation and got all the windows installed in 1 1/2 days. As a group, they did what the said they would do.

Erie Home did a fantastic job replacing the roof on my house! They also did an excellent job cleaning up after doing the roof--and that's taking into account the fact that the house had up to 4 feet of snow piled up in the back yard. The one thing they forgot was to close the two small gates on the north side of my house which helps confine our dog in our yard. But other than that, they even helped me shovel the snow off the driveway that they shoveled off the roof! I really appreciated that and have no hesitation in recomme... read more

I am very pleased with my experience with Erie. I love my new roof! I'm comfortable with the price and I'm very happy about how I've been treated by everyone there. They are very polite, professional, and punctual. There was no mess left behind at my house and I've had followup calls from them to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

Everyone at Erie has been great. Very professional. Workers came, got right to work, Cleaned up afterwards and were done in less than 8 hours. All very professional. We would recommend them to everyone.

Everyone was very personable and completed the job seamlessly! The roof was complete one week after talking with the sales rep. and the whole team made sure we were satisfied. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
