So we needed a new roof even though it was re-roofed in 2020 prior to us purchasing the home, previous roofer apparently did a terrible job, so we looked into Erie Roofing, Joe & Jordan came out and they both inspected the roof. The crew started at ~7:00 am, removed the old roof and had the new one installed by ~4:00 pm. This included an hour off for lunch. During the job they took measures to capture falling debris and hardware, did a great job on the install, and cleaned up after themselves. Each member of the crew definitely knew what they were doing and were mostly self-directed, all working the job to completion. It was a wonder to watch them work! I definitely recommend them!

The men were very efficient. They tore off the old roof and put the new one on in one day. I really like the color of tile used. They were careful of the existing gutters.

I’d give quality of the material a 5 star review. I’d also give the sales representative a 5 star rating, except we were told the crew would all be experienced workers. The crew had 1 worker that was old enough to have experience, the rest were all younger guys, none spoke English so for me it was hard to communicate when it was time to sign the completion papers.

Erie was great with us from the first contact through the roofing process, all of the employees were professional, kind, and courteous. The quality of the product is excellent and makes our home look wonderful. I saw it in the evening sun the other night and was very impressed with the look of our home. After getting a few roof quotes we chose Erie due the what we felt is a much better product vs what other companies offered. The initial inspection and quote took a little longer than we expected but they were very thorough, and very informative. We were told about 3 weeks to get materials which turned out to only be about 1.5 weeks. Managers were great in keeping us updated, and when work would start. The day i was told they would start, they showed up 15min early! Spoke with the crew for a few min and they were hard at it.... read more
