Our new roof looks amazing. From the sales representative to the final cleanup we could not have asked for more. We would highly recommend Erie company.
Overall experience was very good and professional. Initially I was scheduled 5 weeks out and about a week later I got a call one evening saying they would be here the next morning. I would have liked a warning and more notice to have better prepared my yard and garden BUT they did clean up well and you hardly knew they had been here.
The consolation with the Erie sales rep. was very professional and I understood all detailed information. Impressed with the warranty offered with the fiberglass roof I choose. The roofers are highly skilled and performed an excellent job.
Very impressed. Sales reps actually showed up early. After placing an order, the workers also showed up early the day of the job and were very efficient with the entire project. The new roof looks awesome and really couldn’t be happier. I would be a reference for the rep and the crew any day.
Knowledgable and helpful sales team. Installers worked very hard and were very friendly. Roof was completed quickly and done well. Cleanup was also very good. Would recommend and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Great customer service, took care of all the permits and dealt with our HOA which I appreciated. They had our roof done in a day as promised. Truly only issue was wish they did a better job of clean up as we had alot of nails from our old roof in our driveway. But again we understand they were at our home for 10hours finishing up. Truly they did a great job. Highly recommend
After inquiry and the visit by the sales crew, I was much impressed by the product, and signed up immediately. It took something like six weeks for the complete shipment to arrive, as it was made specifically for my application (color, quantity, materials). Upon arrival the installation crew came in and went over ever detail, from repair of the underlying deck, to the precise cut and installation of the shingles, which were all secured by the use of screws. We had a great experience with Erie Home. Our sales rep was knowlegeable and worked with us to select quality products that didn't break our budget. The roofing team was fast and efficient. They also cleaned up thoroughly. We have a large roof, but they got the job done in two days. The roof looks great, and we couldn't be happier!
