WOW!!!---Erie Home did a great job installing our new roof. It was just installed a few days ago. They did a thorough inspection, and explained their installation process and products. It took two days to complete. The crew was on time, professional and efficient. Clean up could have been a little better, but it was getting dark at the time. I would recommend this company.
The tear-off of the old roof and installation was completed in 1 day. Crew worked quickly and efficiently and answered any questions I had. The roof looks great and the cleanup was good. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the cost.
My experience with Erie was positive from beginning to end. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and articulate. The installers were impressive in their skill and work ethic, They were meticulous in cleaning up after the installation. I had one minor concern, I called the office and the crew responded the next morning. I am very pleased,
Installers were excellent. They cleaned up well and I haven't found any pieces of roofing or nails on the ground anywhere. No Complaints. Nice roof too.
The Erie home representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. My home roof has about 24 years old and I wanted to make my home last longer, with all that Erie does for their customers I’m going to have my home last longer. I recommend Erie roof for anyone that wants to protect the home to prevent any damage. The whole process was explained, the crew worked hard to finish timely but nothing was missed. A+++++++
Very professional, cleaned up the surrounding area and on time
We are VERY PLEASED with our new roof by Erie Home. The shingle color matches very nice with our siding. The personnel did a very nice job from tear down to clean up. The completed job was done above our expectations.
I spoke up and they listened! Everyone from the sales team to the installation supervisor and his post-install fixers listened to my needs and requests and did as i asked. This has not always been my experience with contractors.
