The people at Erie Home Roofing treated me with respect during our interactions. They answered my many questions with patience and relevant information about the roof replacement. They were able to do the work (replacement of a somewhat small dwelling) without my having to wait several weeks or months to have me fit into their busy schedule. I was able to have it done before a heavy rainstorm to my great relief.

They are a fantastic company that gave a us extremely quick service and great communication. We had one small issue and I let them know about it and Tina communicated immediately and had the crew out redoing it within just a couple of days and never a hesitation or question of whether they would fix it. The team was responsive from sales to installation. They followed up with all questions and communication was great. The team completing the installation worked hard and checked in. Erie did a wonderful job. They were on top of the situation as soon as possible due to the severity of the pending destruction in our attic. The price is more than astronomical, but the service both prior to install, during, and after were great.

I saw their ad on Facebook and was curious about metal roofs, I barely finished putting in my number when my phone rang. The next day they came. I felt a bit rushed with the sales pitch, with lots of information, pictures of my present roof condition, throwing numbers around, and emphasizing the hurricane-rated shingles.
