Erie did a complete tear off and Fiberglass roof install. We have a shallow pitch(3/12) so Erie took the time to assess the issues we were having with the current roof, and give us the best solution without upselling us on things we didn’t need. They were also able to install 2 weeks earlier than expected and finished the entire job in one day. Post job clean up was excellent too, I still haven’t found a single piece of trash. Fast and efficient! Love the new color. Did a wonderful job. Our home is almost 2300sq ft and required many cuts. It only took them 2 days. Supplies were ordered and they began in less than 3 weeks. Clean up was great as well!!
Good sales staff. Roof was installed in one day and in one week after I signed the contract. Quality looks good from below. Pictures of the roof while on it after it was completed would have been nice. Reached out to sales person because I was concerned the product didn’t look the same as what I was shown in the presentation but didn’t hear back. The roof looks beautiful!! We were sold on the materials, customer service and warranty!! Everyone on the crew was so nice to deal with and they were very neat, clean and respectful to our property
They did a great job on the roof. Was fast. The negative is:they didn't get all the nails off the ground, didn't put some flower pots back, didn't pick up the protective plastic stips they took off the new roof panels and bent two poles in the yard for pot hanging
I will recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a new roof. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and that I understood everything.
