They showed up to work on time and the date they said they would. The material showed up two days before and they had extra material on site Incase they needed it. The workers worked hard all day and at the end of the day they were all picking up trash that had fallen beyond the tarps they had laid out to collect the old roofing material.
We recently had Erie Home install their high impact shingles on our house. We have been pleased with the company from the initial sales presentation thru the installation. The install took about 1 day and we are happy with the results.
Our experience with Erie Home was excellent. There was a high level of professionalism shown during the entire process, with the installer singled out for special praise. The job was scheduled within 2 weeks of the contract and completed in 2 days. The onsite crew arrived when they said they would and worked quietly and efficiently to complete the job quickly. The crew work hard during bad weather to get the the old roof stripped and the new metal roof on with out letting the rain in to our home.
Our roof was over 25 years old when we bought the house in 2018. We had been biding our time to get it replaced because of the cost. We chose Erie based on the product but also because their Syracuse sales rep, Hayden, is very convincing and deserves a raise. They did a great job on my roof. It took them right at 8 hours to tear off the old one and install the new. It looks good. I’ll keep them in mind for future projects.
