Very informative and helpful. Went a step beyond in dealing with HOA getting approval. Install went smoothly. Service Manager was great in helping with some final glitches. Overall, great company ethics.

Sales representatives were excellent and the final product was excellent. However the wrong materials were delivered at first which we caught and we couldn't communicate with the workers as they spoke Spanish. Good clean up at the end but could have been more careful and protected things better. Expensive but excellent finished product.

I had them replace my dilapidated windows (80+ year old house). The home improvement loan process was easy. The installation subcontractor was EXTREMELY good and worked VERY hard to make sure that the windows were insulated and properly level and fitted. The team worked fast. More than that, the team worked while it was raining to insure that the windows were completely sealed. Erie hired an excellent subcontractor, and I feel that reflects good on the company.
