Erie Home did a great job on our roof. From initial mtg. with Sales(Shane), who took his time explaining all questions we had til the final job was completed. Installers were efficient, and kept their work area clean. Even they took time to explain what steps were going to be made. When job was completed, they checked all around the house, twice I'm pretty sure. Aaron made sure all steps of the process were followed and maintained a high level of communication. We would highly recommend Erie Home. Roof looks great!
Had Erie out to replace our roof. Work was completed within one week of talking with the sales representative. Tear off and installation was performed in one day by a crew that was awesome on site and with the cleanup. Very professional job with all whom we have been in contact with. Couldn’t be happier with the results.
It all went the way I was expecting. All very professional, knowledgeable people. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The men were very efficient. They tore off the old roof and put the new one on in one day. I really like the color of tile used. They were careful of the existing gutters.
The crew started at ~7:00 am, removed the old roof and had the new one installed by ~4:00 pm. This included an hour off for lunch. During the job they took measures to capture falling debris and hardware, did a great job on the install, and cleaned up after themselves. Each member of the crew definitely knew what they were doing and were mostly self-directed, all working the job to completion. It was a wonder to watch them work! I definitely recommend them!
The process was simple and everyone was professional and friendly. The product looks great!
So we needed a new roof even though it was re-roofed in 2020 prior to us purchasing the home, previous roofer apparently did a terrible job, so we looked into Erie Roofing, Joe & Jordan came out and they both inspected the roof. The Roof only took one day, and it was spotless when they left. The foreman stuck around to answer all my questions.
