Erie was great with us from the first contact through the roofing process, all of the employees were professional, kind, and courteous. After getting a few roof quotes we chose Erie due the what we felt is a much better product vs what other companies offered. The initial inspection and quote took a little longer than we expected but they were very thorough, and very informative. We were told about 3 weeks to get materials which turned out to only be about 1.5 weeks. Managers were great in keeping us updated, and when work would start. Joe & Shane came into our home, 1 1/2 hrs from Madison , WI. A complete inspection was done, including inside of the attic. It was noted there were no roof issues regarding the structure! Estimate given & products ordered. Shingles were delivered on a Friday morning. The roofing crew (6) arrived @7:45 AM on Saturday. After setting up their equipment, on the roof by 8 AM & old shingles removed by 9 AM! Application started and completed by 12:30 PM. I’d give quality of the material a 5 star review. I’d also give the sales representative a 5 star rating, except we were told the crew would all be experienced workers. The crew had 1 worker that was old enough to have experience, the rest were all younger guys, none spoke English so for me it was hard to communicate when it was time to sign the completion papers.
Installation was done in a timely manner. All areas scheduled for repair were completed efficiently and professionally. Customer service is phenomenal and ready to help in any way.
High quality products with very good service. Had our roof installed in just over 2 weeks from signing. Very good cleanup.
The entire process was smooth and we were kept up to date every step of the way. The crew was very clean and they took their time.
