Our experience was okay, not great. The roofing job we had did got done, and it appears to be good work, but it was not an easy process. We were cold called by Erie and since we needed our Sunroom roof repaired, because there was a leak inside, we invited their Sales Rep to visit and bring examples of their products and give us an estimate. Alex arrived and he was good. He gave us the information we wanted, in two visits, and gave us a reasonable estimate, so we decided to go with Erie. I am happy with the look of my new roof. However, I am already having problems with the installation. I have had a shingle come loose and the repair took over a month. The first rep from the company explained what needed to be done. When the crew came to repair I spoke with the foreman and explained what I was told. He said he would call and verify how the repair was to be made. After the phone call he didn't communicate further with me. The shingle was put back on, but not repaired as originally explained.
