Sales reps were friendly and very responsive to all our questions. Fully explained the values and advantages of all their products and the installation process. The installation crew were courteous, professional and timely.
Install went smoothly and quickly. Any questions I had were answered quickly and completely. They cleaned up afterward and new roof looks great.
The representative that came to give me a quote was very knowledgeable, and the only one of three companies that actually went in my attic to inspect my roof from underneath. Great product and sales department and project manager communicated throughout the way
We needed a new roof! After researching the costs and the best materials, I went searching for a local roofer. We live in a rural are and there were very limited roofers. Erie did a fantastic job with my windows! The rep I spoke with was very thorough and helped me choose the best windows for my house. The installers were great, professional and friendly, and had most of the 10 windows I ordered in on the first day. They explained everything about the new windows and cleaned up thoroughly. I will absolutely come back to have my basement windows done too.
Quality install. Nice crew. Minimal mess. They answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly.
One window was measured incorrectly, not sure how, but the installation crew made it all worth it. They did great work and finished in a timely fashion. Very professional and friendly, great work.
