Scheduling was fairly quick, the support crew for materials and dumpster were great and on time. Installation was good but I have difficult hilly lot with dozens of shrubs and obstacles, so this slowed down the installation which took 2 days. Overall good job with quality products.

I choose Erie after seeing their advertisement of the metal roof that could possibly be installed at a reduced price. Unfortunately, I was not eligible. It was an opportunity to hear a very detailed presentation from the sales team. Professional, pleasant, spent a great deal of time on lifetime warranty, a bit pricey, the roof is attractive. I did complain at the dirt left on the gutters and the inspector said it was normal aging . The cleanup after the job was GREAT- not a nail in site.

I bought some windows for my house about 12 years ago, they came out and did a great job installing them. Cleaned up everything, and walked me though general use and care. Decided to do the rest this year, so I called them again. They came out and and priced out what I asked for and honored their returning customer discount. 12 years in between jobs and they made sure I knew they don't forget their customers. I love their windows, they have a great product and a great team.

From home consult to installation, it was a seamless experience. The cost is a little higher than standard asphalt tile installation, but the fiberglass tiles and worry free warranty made it worth every penny.

Very impressed and satisfied by the quality of the workmanship and materials. Upon arrival the crew leader made a point of explaining all phases of the project and insisted that if I had any questions to get with him so he could explain everything. The installation crew was very concerned about maintaining a clean working environment and were constantly policing the area for nails and shingle parts.
